Introductory family review
We review what your family is trying to understand, identify the information that may help, and explain the most appropriate next step. The conversation can include connected questions about medications, meals, transitions, falls, wounds, communication, or follow-through.
What the introductory review covers
The introductory review does not automatically include an onsite visit, full record review, or clinical assessment. If additional work would help, we explain the purpose, information needed, professional expertise, and price before proceeding.
A comfortable place to begin
You are welcome to call whether the issue is active, appears resolved, happened in the past, or simply left your family with questions. Do not send identifying or medical information by ordinary email.
