Facilities / Operators
Find Your Facility. Review AHCA and CMS Evidence.
Free public-record intelligence for Florida administrators, operators, owners and quality teams. Search ALFs and nursing homes, review available inspection, deficiency and staffing evidence, and identify questions worth checking in your operation. Source coverage varies by provider.
Legacy ALF metadata observed through 2026-09-11. Retained inspection analysis through 2026-09-08. Expanded provider profiles show their own source dates and coverage. Missing records do not block available evidence or establish a clean inspection history.

See the pattern. Know what to check.
Administrators, operators, owners, quality teams and other professional users can review the same public evidence families use, with questions focused on operating processes. Public provider profiles, available staffing and ownership evidence, ALF patterns and process tools are free to use without a professional analytics subscription.
Process maps and tools, including the corrective action tracker, connect public findings to practical handoff, medication, dietary and corrective-action questions. Weekly regulatory intelligence and dated ALF reports retain their own coverage periods. Compare source evidence and published regional ALF patterns; this is not a universal facility ranking or a matched peer benchmark for every provider type.
Published provider evidence can be downloaded as JSON. Staffing, ownership and source-document coverage varies by provider. Personalized dashboard access requires a request and review; an immediately available portfolio dashboard is not promised here. Focused consulting is a separate service.
Evidence without paid placement or a CRP quality score
CRP does not sell facility placement position, rank facilities based on payments, or create a proprietary facility quality score. Historical findings do not prove current unsafe care, and missing deficiencies do not prove quality. CMS-published ratings, when shown, remain CMS ratings.
